I have always loved eating cake but I hated baking at school! That's my inner rebel for you!

My Grandma was a legendary home baker and her cakes and pastry making skills were awesome... and luckily for me these got passed down the generations through my Mum to me... and so here I am making cakes and head banging along to great tunes as I go!
